Theo Colenbrander was the star designer of the porcelain factory Rozenburg in the 80s. Sometimes the overall design is difficult to grasp at once, as the stylized landscape with Middle Eastern architectural motifs. Although Colenbrander’s designs didn’t sell well, they were highly esteemed in the art world.
